Here are some of the frequently asked questions we encounter. Hopefully these questions will help make your decision-making process easier. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us.

 

GENERAL

What are your business hours?

Bryant Studio operates Monday - Friday, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM CT. We’re currently closed on Saturday and Sunday. No communications will be done outside of these business hours.

If your office hours are closed on the weekend, do you still capture photos?

Please note that our office is closed on weekends. However, we still capture photos on weekends. If you'd like to book a session, you can certainly do so!

What is your communication policy?

Bryant Studio communicates via email and text messaging for paper trail purposes. Under emergency circumstances, we will communicate via phone call. Please allow 24-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry. Inquiries will not be responded to on Sundays.

Is this your full-time business?

I want to ensure that I am transparent with all of my clients. I currently work full-time as a Marketing Director on the weekdays for a company in Birmingham, Alabama. For me to put my full attention on my client's visions, I dedicate the weekend and weeknights to work on their projects. Before moving forward, I want to make you aware of this and make sure we both understand one another. This will not affect your project’s timeline in any way.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Am I allowed to choose the photos I want edited?

Absolutely! It is completely up to you which photos you would like to have edited. All images are sent through a site where you can choose one by one which photos you like most.

Are studio sessions available?

For sure! Please keep in mind, a studio fee will be charged on top of whichever package you pick for your photo session. The pricing of this also varies on studio availability and location.

Are props supplied?

At this moment, the only props supplied are graduation caps and a black stool for sitting.

How are images returned after they are edited?

With the exceptions of weddings, images are returned via an online gallery. Images are available to download for a minimum of 3 months.

Are you willing to travel?

Absolutely! Reach out to inquire about setting up travel arrangements.

How long does it take to receive images after my session?

Typically, images are returned within 7-10 business days from the date you’ve selected your photos. During peak seasons please be aware that the time may vary. Please plan accordingly.

Can I book a session if I am not in Birmingham, Alabama?

Of course! Just make sure we are able to coordinate arrangements before reserving your time slot.

What rights do I have to the digital prints?

You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of Bryant Studio.

PROJECT / DESIGN

What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable deposit payment for projects over $300 are required. Projects under $300 require upfront payment in full. When payment is received and the Design Agreement is approved, the project will start. We accept debit card and credit card payments.
